Since most guys will arrive on Thurs the 19th, we will start the registrations at
3:00 PM Thursday afternoon.
We will continue the registrations Friday morning.

The meeting will start promptly at 11:00 Friday morning and end Sunday at
12:00 noon, so book your flights accordingly.

We will have a hot buffet breakfast in the meeting room Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM for no extra charge.
(It is included in your registration fee).

Your registration fee also covers the rental of the meeting room, beverages in the meeting room, a Saturday Guests Luncheon and the Saturday night Banquet.
All other meals are "on your own."

The registration fee for Bravo Vets and guests who plan to attend all reunion activities will be $89 each. Cost for the guests who will attend only the Saturday night Banquet will be $30. If your guest also plans to attend the Guest Luncheon, but no breakfasts or meetings, their fee would be $45.

To make reservations at the correct hotel and receive the HOT room rate of $79 per night, (these prices are good for Thurs. - Sun. nights), do not book on-line or at the toll free number. Book your reservations at 303-574-1300 and be sure to mention "Bravo Co."

Please book your hotel by April 19th because our blocks of rooms and the HOT room rate of $79 are ONLY guaranteed through that date. Rooms booked after April 19th may cost you the full rate of $159.

There is a free airport shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour during normal business hours and into the night with a phone call to the hotel.

For your convenience, besides the hotel restaurant, there are 4 other restaurants within walking distance.

The weather in Denver is usually around 65 degrees but it could literally be 90 degrees or a snowy 30 degrees, so pack accordingly. Welcome to mountain weather!
